It's never too late to start! I believe that anyone can learn to swim.
My name is Kate and for the past 3 years, I had the opportunity to teach a lot of babies, children and adults.
It's great to see my students acquire a new skill and move confidently in the water. I had an average of 100 students per week. I have countless references from both parents and students. I’m european and American Red Cross certified swim instructor.

I have a 15-year competitive background, U16, U17,U18 European Champion and U17,U18 World Champion in Pentathlon. I still swim weekly to this day.
3 years experience as a swimming instructor and I am mother of 3 children. I am european and American Red Cross certified expert swimming instructor.

Class for beginners
A good beginning is a half success!
Over the years I have had many different students of all ages. The first time is probably the hardest, but I always try to make it work and help you in the best way possible.
It may not go well at first, that you feel weak or afraid of the tasks ,but remember that you came here to be better, stronger, more persistent! If your child is shy at first or terrified of water, it's okay, these type of kids just needs more patience to love the water. Believe me, you and others will see and feel the change, and sooner than you think!

Advanced class
Be a great swimmer!
The main goals at the beginning are to get you used to regular training. Later, the goal of the first training sessions is to be able to swim the distances without rest or with as little rest as possible.
First of all, don't be scared if you are a beginner. Swimming is a learnable skill that you can develop. It is not only a great sport, but also a great way to stay in shape and have fun.
